Dr Md. Abul Kalam Azad

 


I passed MBBS in 1996 with Honors marks in Physiology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine, and Surgery. I was awarded Prof Abdur Rahman Memorial award for securing highest marks in Physiology and Biochemistry in Dhaka University in 1991 from Bangladesh Physiology and Pharmacological Society. I passed FCPS in 2001 from Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons and awarded ASHAB Memorial Gold Medal. I have more than 45 scientific publications in home and abroad. I joined as Assistant Professor of Medicine Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, Dhaka at 2/10/03 and promoted as Associate Professor of Medicine at 2/10/07. From 29/6/16, I am working as Professor of Internal Medicine. I am involved in different organization in Bangladesh, also acting as an assistant editor of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University, Dhaka.
