Advocacy Officer, International Planned Parenthood Federation, Western Hemisphere Region (IPPF/WHR). Stuart Halford 'joined the Center for reproductive rights in 2012 and will be based in Geneva, working both for the Center and the Sexual Rights Initiative (SRI), a coalition of six non- governmental organizations; He will divide his time between the Center and the SRI, working on joint advocacy projects that will include the Universal Periodic Review mechanism, work with treaty-monitoring bodies and Special Rapporteurs established by the UN Human Rights Council, and other priority areas, including maternal mortality and morbidity.  Previously, Stuart Halford worked as Advocacy Officer at the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF).
